As we roll into spring (finally!), I wanted to check in with key partners and folks interested in staying connected. Whether we’ve worked together before or are just figuring out how to align, I always appreciate these moments to reach out.
I’m grateful to have these direct check-ins—and, as always, I’m happy to set up 1:1 chats if you’d like to connect in the coming weeks. Below are some highlights from the start of the year and what’s ahead!

Let’s Work Together: Opportunities for Q2 & Beyond
If any of these spark an idea, let’s chat! I’d love to explore ways to collaborate:
Mental Health & Communications Consulting – Need help with messaging, program development, or content around mental health literacy, resilience, or storytelling? Let’s see how we can work together.
Speaking Engagements & Workshops – I’m available for keynotes, panels, and interactive sessions on psychology, media literacy, leadership, and resilience.
Creative & Media Collaborations – If you’re working on a project that blends storytelling, advocacy, and strategy, I’d love to explore how we can make an impact together.
Upcoming Partnerships – I have some new offerings launching later this year, so if you’d like early insights or a custom collaboration, let’s connect! I have attached a sample of our current Mental Health Literacy offerings, and we have more classes available on a variety of topics if you are interested.
MHFA in Vermont – If you're in Vermont and looking for Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) classes, here’s the link to upcoming trainings: https://forms.gle/16eN4eawdVNSHn749. These classes are a great way to build mental health literacy and skills for supporting others. We will be adding May and summer dates in early April. Feel free to share with your networks.
Quarter 1 Highlights
One of my biggest projects right now is writing a mental health awareness program designed to meet the needs of different age groups, blending evidence-based strategies with real-world storytelling.
This year, I’ve worked with various contracted and pro bono partners on everything from media strategy to non-clinical psychology work. If we haven’t checked in lately, I’d love to reconnect and see if there’s a project where we can collaborate.
Going Offline: March 27 – April 7
As always, I take some time offline each spring to reset and transition into travel season. This year, I’ll be completely offline from March 27 to April 7.
If we are currently working together and we haven't yet connected, I will be in touch shortly to check in before I go offline.
Let’s Stay Connected
I’d love to hear what you’re working on and how we might align efforts for mutual impact. Feel free to reply, schedule a conversation, or share ideas for future collaborations.
Thanks for all you do—and here’s to another great season of work, growth, and (hopefully) a little sunshine.
Sunny
